Join us at the Smiths Falls Station Theatre August 9th for a 2pm matinee of the movie "Pride."
This 2014 movie is based on the true story of "Lesbians and Gays Support the Miners" (LGSM). In 1984, this group of LGBTQ+ activists raised funds for striking miners and their families. The miners were fighting to save their jobs against Margaret Thatcher's government.
There is a $5 fee to help us cover the cost of renting the theatre and showing the movie.
